I once read a quote by Carl Sagan, About how astonishing books are. Essentially minds talking to each other, Across millenia and across generations of the human race. He says writing is probably our greatest invention, And proof that humans can indeed work magic. For what is reading a book, If not a migration of ideas across time and space.
